      WAUGH, James Burke WWII Veteran - RCAF Ret'd Director, School of Business Carleton University Past Director, Board of Trustees, Ottawa Civic Hospital With dignity and courage at the Perley Rideau Veterans' Health Centre on Saturday June 5, 2010 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Marcie Dawn McGarry. Predeceased by his first wife Frances Christine Keen. Loving father of Janice (Dan Bennett) and Michael. Survived by his sisters-in-law Pat Miller and Barbara (Danny Ford). Heartfelt gratitude to his beloved niece Mary Patricia Miller (Bill Billingham). Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod St. (at O'Connor) on Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 1 p.m. Reception to follow in the McGarry Family Reception Centre. Special thanks to the staff of Ottawa Wing 2 East. In memoriam donations to the PRVHC (Ottawa 2 East), would be appreciated.
